  • This procedure removes sensation from a painful nerve by killing the nerve fibers that are responsible for sending pain signals to the brain. Radiofrequency ablation uses a radiofrequency current to burn the fibers. This is used to manage chronic pain and can provide a reduction in pain from 6 months to a few years.

  • Our experienced physcians use modern imaging equipment to accurately guide a needle to deliver pain relieving and disease modifying medication precisely into the region that is the patient’s source of pain, with minimal trauma to surrounding tissue.

  • This is a procedure in which a local anaesthetic and steroid solution is injected to relieve pain from irritated and inflamed spinal nerves, which is sometimes caused by the compression of spinal discs. This can be both therapeutic and diagnostic, as it can also help to determine which nerve is causing your pain.

  • This is a single-injection hyaluronic acid treatment for knee osteoarthritis. Hyaluronic acid is produced by your body naturally, but this highly concentrated formulation is designed to help resist the degradation caused by osteoarthritis.

  • A needle is used to inject corticosteroids and sometimes local anaesthetic into a bursa or tendon sheath to reduce inflammation and pain.

  • PRP is a form of regenerative medicine that harnesses and amplifies the natural growth factors found in our blood cells to help heal damaged tissue.

“Just had a CT guided nerve injection in my neck and the team were all fantastic. Dr Sanjay Nadkarni has the most caring nature and explained the procedure as he was doing it. Highly recommend and would go back for any further treatment.”
